Barbara Vigil is from Española. She is a graduate of Northern New Mexico Community College. She oversees processing insurance claims and verification, bill payment, deposits and scheduling. She also manages Rio Grande Drug Testing billing and results.

Barbara has served as administrative director and office manager for Española Sports Medicine since 1990.
