Tara Terrazas, PT, DPT, is originally from Chama, NM. Tara graduated from New Mexico Highlands University with her Bachelor’s in Human Performance and Sport and her Master’s in Sports Administration. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Southern California.

Tara specializes in sports physical therapy and orthopedics. She is driven by her love for helping others overcome challenges.

When she is not treating patients, Tara enjoys family time with her husband, a NM State Police Investigator, and their rodeo-loving kids. Tara’s upbringing on horseback and basketball courts instilled in her a lifelong love for learning and athleticism — qualities she brings to her practice every day.
